**Order Processing:**

– Order processing time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the product and workload. (Shipping time NOT included)

– Vane Crafty ONLY works on processing turnaround time and NOT on date needed. It is the buyers responsibility to plan accordingly.  Products will not be shipped before the indicated processing date.

– For urgent orders, please contact us via WhatsApp before making the purchase to check availability.

 

**Shipping:**

– Shipments are made through UPS or USPS, depending on availability and customer location.

– We are not responsible for mail damage or loss. Any claims must be made directly with the mail company.

– USPS First Class Mail is not insured. In case of loss, theft or damage, Vane Crafty can do nothing.

– Vane Crafty will only help file a claim with USPS for purchases over $100. No refunds or replacement products will be issued. We will wait until USPS resolves the claim. Usually it may take 5-7 weeks.

– Only UPS, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Express are insured up to $100..

 

**Returns and Exchanges:**

 – We do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds as the items are personalized.

– Only products in the “supply” category can be returned, provided they are in their original condition.

– The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for returns.
