– Packages lost or damaged by USPS. Buyer must file a claim with USPS by visiting https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and USPS requires to have an online account.

– Vane Crafty will only assist with filing a claim with USPS for purchases above $100. No refunds and replacing product will issued. We will wait until USPS resolves claim. Usually it can take 5-7 weeks.
